In October 2024, the York County Community Coalition (YC3) expanded its Central Navigation Network. Previously, YC3 had a part-time Central Navigator, which limited clients’ access to YC3’s resources. However, with the hiring of a full-time Central Navigator, clients now have more opportunities to meet with YC3 staff in person and find the resources they need with greater ease. As we move into 2025, YC3 is continuing to grow and enhance its network. We are excited to announce a collaboration with local organizations to bring two adult peer support workers and one youth peer support worker to our team. The adult peer support workers will assist clients in the jail, local mission, and those struggling with substance use and mental health challenges. The youth peer support worker will focus on supporting youth and their families, helping to strengthen their relationships and ensuring the youth’s success. YC3 is committed to expanding our network and resources to better serve the York County community, and we look forward to helping even more clients in the year ahead!
