Recognizing the vital nature of understanding and preparedness by its whole workforce, the leadership of the Santee Sioux Nation required all tribal employees to receive Youth Mental Health First Aid Training. This training was coordinated by the Society of Care, its lead clinical partner Morningstar Counseling & Consultation, and the collaborative. Participation of employees in training sessions was coordinated by the tribal Human Resources Director.
