The BRIDGE Family Resource Connector Network is a partner in the implementation of Universal Home Visitation in the Omaha Metro Area. DHHS-Public Health has executed a contract with Visiting Nurses Association to offer Family Connects to individuals giving birth at Bergan Mercy and Immanuel Hospitals.
