Goal 4: Bring Up Nebraska partners will strengthen and support a high-quality, collaborative well-being workforce ensuring partners have the resources, skills, and capacity to advance the shared goal of improving well-being for children, youth, and families.


Objective 1: Equip Nebraska’s well-being workforce with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services that promote Protective and Promotive Factors that build resilience, safety, and well-being for children, youth, and families.

STRG-1083 By June 2027, 90% of Bring Up Nebraska Network will be trained in Collective Impact, Youth and Families Thrive, National Family Support Network Standards of Quality, and Motivational Interviewing.
STRG-1086 By December 2027, Bring Up Nebraska partners will implement and continuously improve a statewide strategy to ensure employers of Nebraska’s well-being workforce are trained in trauma-informed practices.
STRG-1087 By December 2026, establish a Continuous Quality Improvement framework to regularly assess well-being workforce training, capacity-building, and impact, and use data to inform ongoing strategies.
STRG-1088 By June 2027, Nebraska's well-being workforce has ongoing support, training, coaching, and mentoring for implementation of emerging practices and upward mobility in their own career pathways.
